Danny Cardozo

Danny Cardozo has worked in various roles in the social media and customer service industry since 2012. Danny began their career at Kroger as a Customer Service Supervisor in 2012. In 2016, they joined Social Media Delivered as a Social Care Specialist and Social Media Marketing Intern. In 2017, they worked at both Splash Media as a Jr. Digital Specialist and [24]7.ai as a Social Media & Community Specialist and Social Media Specialist. From 2019 to 2021, Danny worked at NexGen Agency as a Social Media Team Lead and Social Media Strategist. Currently, Danny is a Member Experience Manager and Member Experience Associate at Kencko.

Danny Cardozo attended Collin College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Arts in Communication and Media Studies. Danny then attended the University of North Texas from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. During this time, they also attended the Mayborn School of Journalism at the University of North Texas.
