Joy Cecil

Joy Cecil is a seasoned attorney with a diverse background in contract management and legal counsel. They served as a Staff Attorney at U.S. Xpress, Inc. from 2014 to 2019, followed by a role as Manager of Contracts Language Administration at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee until 2022. Subsequently, they worked as a Commercial Contracts Attorney at Forward Air Corporation before becoming the Vice President, Transportation Counsel at Kenco Group in 2023. Additionally, Joy's earlier experience includes managerial roles at Sylvan Learning Center and Quovant. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, as well as a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
