Paris Wright

Paris Wright, MSIO, currently serves as a Learning Consultant at Kenco Group, leading the development and sustainability of training programs on topics such as public speaking and DE&I, and overseeing the onboarding program for new hires across over 80 sites. Previous experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant for Fraternity and Sorority Life and Learning and Development Intern at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where responsibilities involved coaching student leaders and planning events. Paris also worked as a Graduate Consultant at U.S. Xpress, Inc., focusing on interview development and recruiting strategies, and gained human resources experience as an intern at Signal Centers, Inc. The educational background includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
