The power of partnership. That’s what permanent capital investment offers.

Some say it’s the “Holy Grail” of private equity. And they may be right.

At Kendal Capital, we know that when you partner with the right permanent investor, you benefit from the flexibility to develop, innovate and grow. We also know that not all private equity investment offers everything you need.

This is where we stand out.

Our founding partners have close to half a century’s personal experience in the financial services industry. Having started, grown and successfully run businesses of their own, they have a unique, boots-on-the-ground familiarity and understanding of the complex challenges of this sector.

One of the biggest benefits of permanent capital is the freedom it offers financial services-based businesses to think and act strategically, allowing for the luxury of long-term vision.

And the ideal investor is one who’s prepared to take their own money, expertise and experience and put them to work in your business to help it grow.

Whose objectives align with yours.

By helping the right businesses make the right decisions at the right time, we unlock hidden potential and drive long-term success.

At the end of the day, our goals are clear and focused:

We offer steadfast support and guidance so you can grow your business and help it reach its full potential.

If your business:
- Has great management, great people, and a proven track record.
- Operates in financial services or the greater financial services arena (this is our wheelhouse and we only want to invest in businesses we know we can grow).
- Wants us to be actively involved in the business because we’re not passive investors.
- Currently generates positive cash flow and can pay dividends.
- Is located globally or locally – but if you’re in South Africa, you should either already have international revenues or the potential for that in the future.

Then let’s talk about helping you grow.
