Ryan Phillips, MBA has a diverse professional background. Ryan began their career in 1995 as a Senior Enlisted Infantry Leader in the US Army, where they served in a variety of roles over a 21 year career culminating as an operations sergeant major. In this role, they were responsible for the day to day operations of a 750 person infantry battalion. Ryan also served in various leadership positions with teams ranging from 3 to 130 people, as a recruiter, as an instructor, and as a manager of over 50 reconstruction projects in Afghanistan. In 2018, they joined KENDELL as a Corporate Operations and Tenant Improvement/Small Projects Project Manager.

Ryan Phillips has an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained in 2019. Ryan then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they are currently pursuing and is expected to complete in 2022. Ryan is also currently enrolled in the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, though the degree they are pursuing is unknown.
