Shane Fine

Shane Fine has worked in the supply chain and purchasing industry since 2005. Theirfirst job was as an Outside Sales Representative for Veolia Environmental Services in 2005. Shane then moved to The Sportsman's Guide in 2008, where they worked as a Brand Manager for WorkWearSavings.com and an Assistant Apparel Buyer. In 2012, they joined Northern Tool + Equipment as a Buyer, where they had experience in many different categories, including Automotive, Cleaning, Small Engines, Fuel Storage, Chemicals and Oils, Home Electronics, Toys and Gifts, Lawn and Garden, Furniture, Impulse, Closeout and Opportunity Buys. Shane also facilitated and negotiated new vendor agreements and onboarded new vendors for domestic, import, and drop ship assortment programs. In 2021, Shane moved to Heartland America as a Senior Buyer, and in 2022 they began working as a Lead Supply Chain Buyer - Hardware for KENDELL.

Shane Fine attended Winona State University from 1997 to 2001, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a BS in Marketing and Business Management. Shane also graduated from Simley HS in 1996.
