Amy Hayson

Amy Hayson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative services industry. Amy is currently serving as the Senior Director of Creative Services at Kendra Scott since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Creative Services at Kendra Scott from August 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining Kendra Scott, Amy worked at Gap Inc./Old Navy, where they held the role of Director, Creative from April 2015 to October 2018. Amy'sresponsibilities included leading the creative expression of the Old Navy brand across various channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Amy also gained valuable experience at Gap Inc., where they served as the Associate Creative Director from 2013 to 2015 and as the Associate Art Director from 2012 to 2013 at Piperlime. During their time at Gap Inc., they received two "Exceed Awards" for their exceptional performance and results.

Prior to their roles at Gap Inc., Amy worked at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as the Senior Packaging Manager at Pottery Barn Teen in 2010 and was responsible for overseeing packaging and in-store design needs. Amy also played a key role in the development of the Pottery Barn Dorm packaging line.

Before their corporate experience, Amy co-founded Peculiar Pair Press, a design studio specialized in custom letterpress collateral and stationery items. Amy led the business as the Creative Director and Principal from 2001 to 2009, managing a small team and securing partnerships with over 400 retail stores.

Amy's early career includes the role of Senior Brand Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., where they strengthened the positioning of the Levi's brand through project development and team management. Amy also gained experience as a Graphic Designer at Jennifer Sterling Design.
