Beth Ley

Beth Ley, SHRM-CP, serves as the Chief People Officer at Kendra Scott since September 2025, following a tenure as Sr. Director Global Rewards at Auctane and Vice President, Head of People and Culture at Removery. Previously, Beth held various roles at Kendra Scott, including Vice President Total Rewards & Home Office HR, where responsibilities included leading Total Rewards and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to support over 2,700 employees nationally. With over a decade of experience in human resources, including serving as Human Resource Manager at Wheatsville Food Co-Op, Beth possesses a strong foundation in compensation, benefits, and employee engagement strategies. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Centre College.
