Tom Dolce has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in materials and advanced manufacturing processes. Starting a career at Johnson Controls, roles included Resident Engineer and Project Engineer, before advancing to Development Engineer. Following this, Tom held positions at Whirlpool Corporation as Senior Materials Engineer and subsequently Engineering Manager. A role as Manager of Advanced Process and Tool Engineering and later Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering occurred during tenure at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors. Additional experience includes Corporate Process Engineer at PLASTECH ENGINEERING LTD and Project Engineer at Corvac Composites. Tom is currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Tooling while also holding the position of Senior Tooling Manager at Kendrick Plastics. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from Ferris State University and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University.
