Thomas Frey

Thomas Frey acts as counsel to international families, their global businesses and international wealth-holding structures as well as Swiss holding, investment and operating companies. He advises investors residing or investing in high-tax and regulated jurisdictions such as the US, the UK and the EU on complex cross-border tax, legal and regulatory issues. Thomas Frey's area of practice includes advising on international regulatory matters (e.g. CRS, FATCA and beneficial ownership registers) and substance requirements. He acts as a board member, protector or trustee for international business and investment holding structures.
