Brett Andersen is an accomplished leader in customer experience and success, currently serving as VP of Customer Experience at Kenect since May 2022. Previously, Andersen held senior roles at Wonderlic and Degreed, where responsibilities included leading large teams focused on client onboarding, success, and partner engagement. Experience at ServiceTitan, HireVue, and PwC further honed skills in change management and customer success. Andersen has also contributed to education as an adjunct faculty member at Brigham Young University - Idaho, teaching psychology and personal development courses.
