Kelsey Stemm

Kelsey Stemm is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in managing software development teams and driving digital experiences. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering and Head of Digital Experiences at Kenect since March 2024, Kelsey previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Veho, where responsibility included overseeing gig-driver experiences and leading a team in modern technologies. Prior roles include Engineering Team Lead at Lumio, where Kelsey focused on enhancing sales through data-driven features, and various engineering positions at Smartsheet, including Co-Chair of the Women and Gender Minorities Employee Resource Group. Early career experience includes a tenure as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where Kelsey contributed to Microsoft Teams integration with Office products and received recognition for innovative projects. Kelsey holds a Master of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Arizona and a Graduate Certificate in Software Development and Design from the University of Washington Bothell.
