Steven Martineau

Steven Martineau has extensive experience in customer experience and success, currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Experience at Kenect since November 2017, where previous roles included Director of Digital CX & Support, Director of Customer Success, Manager of Customer Success, and Senior Customer Success Manager. Before joining Kenect, Steven held the position of Customer Success Manager at InMoment from August 2016 to November 2017 and at Prosper Healthcare Lending from July 2015 to July 2016. Early career experience includes working as an Account Manager at Jostens from August 2010 to July 2015. Steven Martineau earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business in 2015 and an Associate of Science in Business from LDS Business College in 2012.
