Francesca Starr has extensive experience in operations and project management, primarily within the event management sector. At Kenes Group from August 2014 to August 2018, Francesca held several positions, including Director of Operations, where organizational restructuring and the management of project teams for APAC region events were key responsibilities. Previous roles at Kenes Group included Senior Account Manager, focusing on large-scale global event execution, and Associate Project Manager, overseeing scientific congresses and event marketing. Additionally, Francesca served as Director of Business Excellence, developing operational methodologies for continuous improvement. Earlier experience includes working as an Asset Management Credit Analyst at Export Development Canada and an Office Operations Manager at Clarity Capital KCPS.
