Zack Lathan

Zack Lathan currently serves as the Director of Product Design at Kennected, leading a team of product designers to enhance user experience and innovate product offerings. Previously held positions at Kennected include Director of Customer Service and Director of Operations, focusing on customer service policy development and operational management. In addition, Zack is the owner of Lathan Service and Solutions, and has prior experience as a Bar Manager at Bricks Bar and Assistant Security Manager at Fat Daddys Bar & Grill. Zack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Florida and has foundational education from Santa Fe College and Lake Mary High School.
