Mark Burton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in personal injury law and liability. Since September 2008, Mark has served as a Partner at Kennedys, leading the national Catastrophic Injury practice and managing a strong team within the Liability Division. Prior to this role, Mark was a Partner and Head of London Accident & Injury at Davies Lavery from December 2006 to August 2008 and an Associate & Head of London Casualty at DLA Piper from September 1997 to November 2006. Mark's educational background includes an LLB in Law with French from the University of Birmingham, a Leadership in Law degree from Harvard University, and a Legal Practice Course from the College of Law, Chester, along with a Diploma in French Legal Studies from The University of Limoges, France.
