Matthew Leake has been with Kennedys since May 2004, initially joining as a specialist employment law solicitor before becoming a partner in 2009 after six years of post-qualification experience. Matthew has served as the head of department since 2016 and became a member of the Kennedys senior leadership Governance Group in 2023. Prior to his tenure at Kennedys, Matthew was a trainee solicitor at Pattinson & Brewer from October 2000 to April 2004, qualifying as a solicitor in October 2002 and continuing as an associate until joining Kennedys.
