Michael Parrack

Michael Parrack is a Senior Associate at Kennedys, specializing in Cyber and Data Risks, Incident Response, Cybersecurity, and Data Protection Law since September 2019. Previously, Michael served as a Secondee in the Cyber and Technology Team at CFC, managing international cyber claims and providing incident response for complex cyber-attacks from July 2021 to October 2022. Michael's legal career began as a Trainee Solicitor at Browne Jacobson LLP, focusing on commercial and insurance law, including the emerging data team during the GDPR implementation. Earlier experience includes roles with the Ministry of Justice UK and a secondment at the UK Home Office. Michael holds an LLM from Nottingham Law School and a Graduate Diploma in Law, as well as a degree in History and Politics with Mandarin Chinese from Nottingham Trent University.
