Michelle Small

Michelle Small is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, training, and development. Currently serving as a Technology Trainer at Kennedys since March 2022, Michelle previously held roles including IT Applications Support Executive and Digital Transition Trainer. Prior experience includes leading attendance and pupil welfare at Honilands Primary School and teaching at Carterhatch Junior School and Fleecefield Primary School. Earlier in the career, Michelle contributed to SThree as a Programme Manager within the Leadership Development team and as a Learning and Development Consultant.
