Tom Pelham

Tom Pelham is a highly experienced legal professional with a focus on cyber risk and professional indemnity. Currently serving as the Global Head of Cyber and Partner at Kennedys since August 2010, Tom specializes in breach response, cyber exposure strategies, and complex professional disputes related to cyber and tech issues. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Associate, Secondee at Hiscox managing PI and D&O claims, Legal Director at The Professional Indemnity Company overseeing a claims team, and Solicitor at Griffiths and Hughes Parry Solicitors. Tom holds a GDL and LPC from the College of Law, Chester, and a degree in English Language from Lancaster University.
