Kennington Commercial is a family-owned real estate firm operating a growing portfolio of more than 2M+ square feet across industrial, office-flex, and retail properties throughout the DFW market. Our tenant base spans local businesses to multinational corporations.

For more than 60 years, the firm has built its platform through a relationship-driven approach to ownership and operations. We prioritize long-term partnerships with our tenants, creating consistency, trust, and alignment over time.

This approach has resulted in durable tenant relationships, with many businesses remaining in Kennington properties for 10, 20, or even 30+ years—reflecting a disciplined, operator-led model focused on long-term value creation through active management and deep market expertise.
