Allen Spangler

Allen Spangler has over 30 years of work experience in various maintenance and mechanic roles. Allen started their career in 1985 at Brouwers Vegetable and Grain Farms, where they worked as a Foreman and Mechanic, responsible for maintaining and operating farming equipment on a 2500-acre farm. Allen then joined the Village of Manteno in 1990 as a Head Maintenance Mechanic, handling all Village Equipment, including plow trucks, backhoes, and mowing equipment. Additionally, they installed and repaired water mains, sewer drain lines, and storm drains. In 1998, Allen joined Kensing as a Maintenance Mechanical Planner/Mechanic for Nutrition&Health/Care Chemicals EN/EM, where they planned future jobs, maintained equipment files, and improved job repair plans.
