Donald Birkey

Donald Birkey is the Director of Infrastructure at Kensing, a role they have held since 2021. They are responsible for ensuring high availability of IT infrastructure, leading cloud and on-premises operations, and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Prior to this, Donald held various roles, including Manager of the Service Desk at Advocate Aurora Health, where they significantly improved employee engagement and optimally restructured service desk operations. Donald earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Applied Science, both from Governors State University, achieving a 4.0 GPA in each program.
