Namrata Khare

Namrata Khare has a vast work experience spanning several roles and industries. Namrata is currently the Head of Global Applications at Kensing since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director Global Applications at James Hardie Building Products from April 2021 to November 2022. Namrata was also the Managing Partner at SANAS Inc from March 2014 to April 2021. Before that, they served as the HCM Program Manager at Smithfield Foods from March 2018 to November 2019. Namrata gained experience in Global Program Management as the Global Program Manager at AbbVie from March 2014 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, they held various roles such as the Director at OfficeMax from April 2006 to March 2014, and Manager at KPMG LLP/BearingPoint from August 1997 to March 2006. Namrata also has experience as a Sr Systems Analyst (SAP) at RPM Systems from October 1996 to July 1997, and as a Sr Systems Engineer at Siemens Information Systems Ltd from March 1995 to October 1996. Namrata began their career as a Sr Systems Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from April 1994 to March 1995.

Namrata Khare pursued their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Engineering from the Institute of Engineering & Technology from 1985-1989. Later, in 2011-2013, they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Informatics from the University of Illinois Chicago.
