Ryan Zimmerman

Ryan Zimmerman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ryan currently works at Kensing as an Operations Engineering Manager, where they received the Kensing 2022 Leadership Award. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing site production engineers, continuous improvement efforts, and the successful implementation of expansion projects. Prior to joining Kensing, Ryan was a Technical Manager at BASF and later continued in the same role when BASF was purchased by Kensing. At BASF, they also served as a Site Utilities and Production Engineer and a Production Engineer. Before that, Ryan worked at Hemlock Semiconductor Corporation as a Manufacturing/Improvement Engineer and a Start-up Manufacturing Engineer. Ryan began their career at The Dow Chemical Company as a Process Engineer, where they collaborated with various teams and executed capital projects. Ryan also gained experience as a Product Engineer at Kimberly-Clark and as a Technology Development Engineer at Kimberly-Clark. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in engineering, management, and continuous improvement.

Ryan Zimmerman began their education in 2002 at Northwestern Michigan College, where they studied engineering. Ryan attended this institution until 2004. Subsequently, Ryan enrolled at Michigan Technological University in 2004 and completed their studies in 2007. During this time, they pursued a degree in Chemical Engineering.
