Ryan Knight

Ryan Knight has worked in the software industry since 2003. Ryan began their career as a Java Engineer/Architect for FamilySearch.org. In 2004, they moved to Oracle where they worked as an Enterprise Solution Architect/Sales Consultant. In 2006, they joined Gorilla Logic as a Senior Flex and Java Software Consultant. In 2007, they were Flex and Java Architect at Williams Pipeline. Ryan then joined Riot Games as a Senior Software Engineer in 2009. That same year, they also founded Grand Cloud, where they served as Principal Software Architect/CEO until 2018. After that, they moved to Fauna Inc. as Director of Solution Architecture until 2022. Currently, they work as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Kensu.

Ryan Knight obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Utah Valley University between 1995 and 1999. Ryan then went on to receive their Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1999 and 2001.
