KENT Development is a data center, industrial and logistics development and technical advisory firm operating across Europe, Türkiye and the GCC. We specialise in assets where land, power and regulation are tight – hyperscale and AI-ready data centers, powered-shell campuses and mission-critical logistics facilities.

We cover the full lifecycle:

Site selection & land strategy

Grid, power and energy structures

Due diligence, planning & permitting

Design leadership (Uptime / EN 50600 aligned)

Construction, fit-out & commissioning oversight

Our role is to make projects bankable, permittable and buildable – and to deliver them to hyperscaler standards in markets facing AI-driven demand, power constraints and tightening EU sustainability rules.

If you are a hyperscaler, operator, investor or local developer in EMEA region looking to turn complex land and power situations into real capacity, let’s talk.
