Currently, Lea serves as Policy and Strategy in Global Sales and Operations at KEF | Kent Engineering & Foundry. Lea has also held positions such as Assistant Manager in Customer Service, Regional Ocean Product Coordinator, Senior Global Customer Support Team Lead, and Team Lead at different companies. Lea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration at Quantic School of Business and Technology.
