Michael Leach, P.E. serves as the Director of Engineering and Inspection at Kent Crane Inspection and Engineering since April 2023 while also holding the position of Managing Engineer at Kent Engineering since July 2018, focusing on project management and client relations. With expertise as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), Michael's skills encompass welding engineering, failure analysis, computer simulations, and elevator inspections. Previous experience includes roles as a Design Engineer at Crary Industries Inc., Quality Engineer at Weisgram Metal Fab Inc., and a professional athlete with the Fargo Moorehead Redhawks. Michael holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University, alongside an Associate's degree from Walla Walla Community College.
