Leon Pouwels

Leon Pouwels is a seasoned data and business intelligence professional, currently serving as Lead Data Engineer and Azure Data Engineer at Kenter since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Provelu, where Leon implemented and maintained BI environments for various clients, and as a Purchase Analyst at Parfümerie Douglas, where Leon developed dashboards and management reports to optimize product assortment and purchasing strategies. Leon started the career in customer contact at Capter, progressing from Call Agent to Team Leader, while also serving as a Senior Agent. Early experience includes a Research Expert position at DVJ Insights, supplemented by an internship in communication research. Leon holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Communication Science from Radboud University and a Teaching certification in English as a Second Language from Hogeschool Arnhem Nijmegen.
