Emma O’Brien

Emma O’Brien is an HR Business Partner with experience in APAC and global HR operations. They worked at Recurrent Energy from 2022 to 2024, focusing on utility-scale solar and battery storage within the renewables sector, following their role as an HR Adviser. Previously, they were an HR Adviser at ISG Funds Management and served as an HR Generalist at both Amazon and Zephyr Industries Pty Ltd. Emma is currently employed as an HR Business Partner at Kent, a global leader in integrated energy services, and holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology.
