Peter Henderson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering across various sectors. Currently serving as Global Process Technical Authority at Kent since July 2021, Peter leads the technical direction of process engineering initiatives worldwide, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client objectives. Previously, Peter held the position of Global Process Technical Authority and Process Team Lead at Atkins for a decade, where expertise in consultancy, engineering, and design services was provided to the oil and gas, nuclear, power, and renewable sectors globally. Earlier roles include Director of Production Operations Support and Process Engineer at Poyry Energy (Aberdeen) Ltd and Process Engineer at IGL Oil & Gas Consultants. Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, earned between 1990 and 1994, and completed secondary education at Anderson High School in Lerwick, Shetland.
