Mark Burns is the owner of Cravin Cajun LLC, a company focusing on showcasing Cajun heritage and their food truck adventures. In addition to this, Mark also works as a Security Officer at Allegiant Security, stationed at the Central Bank location in downtown Lexington. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Security Officer at Lexington Herald-Leader and as a Customer Service Specialist at Meijer.
