Matthew Singleton

Matthew Singleton is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in marketing and public relations. Currently serving as a Realtor with Kentucky Select Properties since March 2018, Matthew previously held the position of Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator at Biederman Real Estate and Auctioneers, where oversight of advertising and marketing materials was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Executive Director of The Arts Council of Mercer County, focusing on marketing and grant proposals, and involvement with Harrodsburg First's Economic Development Committee, where marketing vacant properties was prioritized. As a Board Member for the James Harrod Trust, advocacy for community preservation was a significant focus. Matthew's career started as an Administrative Assistant at Getty Law Group, PLLC, supporting legal processes. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kentucky, obtained in 2016.
