Brian Lipsitz

Brian Lipsitz is currently the Manager of Quality Management Systems at Kenvue, having previously held the same position at Johnson & Johnson's McNeil Consumer Healthcare division from 2015 to 2023. With extensive experience in manufacturing operations, quality assurance, and project management, they have successfully led cross-functional teams in improving production processes and ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Brian has also contributed significantly as a Consent Decree Process Lead, where they were instrumental in integrating new business processes under tight timelines. They are pursuing multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from Penn State, as well as a Master of Science from Nova Southeastern University.
