Echo Chen

Echo Chen is currently the General Manager for Taiwan and Hong Kong at Kenvue, leveraging nearly two decades of experience in top FMCG companies, including Unilever, GSK, and General Mills. They have developed strong capabilities in business strategy and development, with responsibilities also extending to the Japan Snack business. Echo has previously held significant roles such as Head of Trade Marketing at GSK and Commercial Director at General Mills. They are dedicated to fostering a Learning Organization and enhancing agility and capability building within the teams they lead. Echo is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at National Chengchi University.
