Federico Brilli

Federico Brilli is an experienced Engineering Manager in the Liquids sector at Kenvue, where they oversee the Engineering department and manage CAPEX projects. Previously, they served as an Engineering Supervisor and held positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Senior Engineer and Reliability & Manufacturability Lead. Federico began their career with an internship at ENEA, where they focused on energy solutions and wrote a thesis on trigeneration plants. They hold a Master’s degree in Energy and Nuclear Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, where they graduated with honors. Prior to their engineering career, Federico was a competitive judo athlete and instructor.
