Fernanda Paques

Fernanda Paques is an R&D leader specializing in raw materials for cosmetics, personal health products, and self-care. With a career spanning over two decades, they have held various leadership roles in esteemed companies, including Johnson & Johnson and Kenvue, focusing on product development and supply chain management. Fernanda graduated with a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, followed by a Master’s in Food Science and an MBA in Project Management from FGV. Currently, they lead the RMC LATAM division at Kenvue, driving innovations and managing qualifications for a range of cosmetic categories on both regional and global scales.
