Lan Chen

Lan Chen serves as the Head of Global Retirement at Kenvue, where responsibilities include defining and driving the company's global retirement and financial wellbeing strategy. Lan directs the design and execution of retirement and financial wellbeing programs aimed at attracting and retaining talent to optimize outcomes for Kenvue's stakeholders. Previously, Lan held the position of Associate Vice President at the National Basketball Association, leading global benefit programs during a period of rapid expansion, and served as Vice President at Aon Hewitt, where notable achievements included managing a significant joint venture “Unwind” situation. Additionally, Lan is a member of the Chief network, dedicated to empowering women executives. Lan holds a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut.
