Litha Gamnca

Litha Gamnca is a driven scientist currently serving as an R&D Senior Scientist at Kenvue, where they focus on upstream innovation and product development in Women's Health Products. Previously, Litha held a similar role at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, contributing to innovations in Women's Health from 2020 to 2023. They began their career as a Consumer R&D Graduate Trainee at Johnson & Johnson, gaining valuable experience in Regulatory Affairs and project leadership. Litha holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and an Honours degree in Biotechnology, both from the University of the Western Cape, where they also served as a tutor and peer mentor.
