Rob Brown has extensive experience in demand management and supply chain planning, having held key positions at various companies since 1999. Rob began as an Assistant Demand Planner at Gillette UK and progressed to roles such as Supply/Demand Coordinator at Citroen and Demand Manager at Pfizer, where management of a Demand Planning team supported two business groups. At Bayer HealthCare, Rob served as Demand Manager, creating quality SKU-level volume forecasts for multiple business units. Rob continued to advance as Senior Demand Planning Manager at Reckitt Benckiser and held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Kenvue, focusing on end-to-end planning and execution in the health and personal care sectors. Rob's expertise includes developing and implementing S&OP processes and ensuring forecast accuracy across various product categories.
