Tom Farrell

Tom Farrell, PhD, is a technically accomplished professional with extensive experience in R&D, product development, and technical support. They served as the Director of Knowledge Management & IP at Colorcon from 2012 to 2020, where they developed a knowledge base of over 1,000 documents and managed a portfolio of 500+ patent and trademark cases. Following this role, Tom held positions at Johnson & Johnson and Colorcon® as a Patent Manager, supporting patent portfolio development in various sectors. Currently, they are a Patent Manager at Kenvue, focusing on innovations in Oral Care and Wound Care. Tom is pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemistry at Princeton University and holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Duke University.
