Mark Usher

Mark Usher is an experienced security and network professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within higher education and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Senior Security Analyst at Kenyon College since April 2023, Mark previously held positions such as Network Security Engineer and Senior Cyber Security Specialist at University Hospitals. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Infrastructure and Security, and Director of Network Administration at WidePoint Corporation, as well as Director of Infrastructure and Security at Ashland University, where responsibilities included overseeing campus systems and managing a team of engineers. Mark's foundational experience includes roles as a Network Analyst and Systems Administrator at Hi-Stat Manufacturing and a Service Representative at MT Business Technologies. Mark holds an Associate of Art degree from The Ohio State University, earned between 1986 and 1992.
