Jim McDonnell has extensive leadership experience in technology and innovation, currently serving as GM of Customer Advocacy at Microsoft since 2021. As the founder of Sabio on Main, a Michelin-listed dining establishment, McDonnell has also led Amazon Web Services’ digital innovation efforts and served as President & CEO at Kenzen, developing pioneering health and safety solutions. Prior roles include key positions at Cisco, where McDonnell established the Healthcare Data & Analytics unit and managed significant cloud services initiatives, as well as serving as Chief Product Officer at SolveDirect and as a senior director at Openwave. McDonnell holds educational credentials from The George Washington University.
