Jose Ramirez

Jose Ramirez has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jose started their career in 2014 as a Supply Chain Specialist at Impala Terminals, where they were responsible for scheduling daily internal rail transport operations and managing contracts with external truck suppliers. In 2017, they worked as a Logistics Analyst at COOMEVA, where they elaborated weekly rosters for the call center's agents and monitored KPIs for different campaigns. Currently, they are employed at Keolis Downer as a Senior Performance Analyst, where they started in 2022.

Jose Ramirez has a diverse education history. From 2009 to 2014, they attended Universidad Autónoma de Occidente where they earned a degree in Ingeniero Industrial. In 2015, they obtained a Microsoft Excel Certification with an emphasis on Macros from the same institution. Continuing their education, from 2017 to 2019, Jose attended InTech - Institute of Technology and completed a Graduated Diploma of Strategic Leadership. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, they studied at the University of South Australia and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering/Industrial Management.
