Adrien Broué has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Adrien started their career with an internship at Thales Alenia Space in 2004. Adrien then worked as an engineer at UQAM - McGill in 2006, where they conducted research and developed a test bench for measuring electrical conductivity in various materials.

Adrien then moved on to work at NOVAMEMS as an R&D engineer and PhD student. At NOVAMEMS, they were involved in the design, development, and reliability testing of micro- and nano-technological devices. Adrien also managed international, national, and regional projects and implemented modeling and testing tools.

In 2012, Adrien joined ELEMCA as an R&D manager for a period of one and a half years.

Adrien's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Aether, a startup specializing in the design of connected objects for home automation and air quality monitoring. As the CTO of Aether, they were responsible for product design, prototyping, customer journey, UI/UX, business model, and strategic roadmap.

Adrien then joined Groupe Bouygues in 2016, where they held multiple roles. Adrien began as an Innovation Manager in the Direction centrale de l'Innovation Groupe, focusing on intrapreneurship and acceleration programs for innovative projects within the Bouygues group. Adrien also provided customized consulting missions to help business units address growth challenges and develop innovation strategies. Later, they took on the role of Chef de projet en innovation/nouvelles technologies, where they proposed and developed customer-centric solutions, supported business units in agile product development, conducted exploratory research, and contributed to the group's innovation strategy.

Currently, Adrien works at Groupe Keolis as the Head of Innovation Lab, leading initiatives related to transportation modes, infrastructure, urban planning, energy transition, and innovation in multimodal networks.

Adrien Broué received a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Généraliste from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse, with a duration of study from 2004 to 2007. Adrien then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Micro- nanotechnology at Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011.
