Alexandre Flon

Alexandre Flon is currently the Directeur de Secteur Centre Val-de-Loire at Groupe Keolis, a position held since November 2010, where management of an 80-person team focuses on client proximity, network security, and territorial engagement through dedicated poles. Flon has developed numerous partnerships with local governments, state services, associations, and businesses, serving as the Responsable des Relations Institutionnelles. Previous roles include representing presidents at UNPIMMS and serving as Responsable Prévention Sécurité at LogemLoiret, where a "Prévention et Sécurité" service was established. Flon founded and managed Civis Conseil, specializing in urban risk management policies, and worked as Chargé d'Études at INHESJ/IHESI. Educational qualifications include a DESS in Security Engineering from Université Paris-Sorbonne and a DEA in Comparative Political Sociology from Université Paris Nanterre.
