Anna Valdes Pascal is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as General Counsel M&A and Governance at Groupe Keolis since May 2021, Anna has also held pivotal roles within the company, including Head of M&A and International Governance and Legal Manager for International Projects. Previously, Anna worked at Siemens Logistics as Head of Legal France and Senior Legal Counsel for Europe, and at Siemens in various senior legal counsel capacities. Early career positions include roles at Intuity Law Firm, ARCHERS AVOCATS, and Dechert LLP, among others. Anna Valdes Pascal holds multiple law degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Magistère de Droit des Activités Economiques from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a second Master of Law and Economic Globalization from Sciences Po, along with being admitted to the Paris Bar.
