Mathilde Pichon is currently the Responsable Etudes, Méthodes et Outils for the Nord Rhône-Alpes region at Groupe Keolis. Previously, they have held various roles, including Adjointe d'exploitation in the Graduate Program and Ingénieur Projet at ENGIE Ineo, where they managed significant projects and developed operational strategies. Mathilde has also gained experience through internships at Dalkia, Glyndŵr University, and as a volunteer with WWOOF UK. They hold a Diplôme d'ingénieur from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mécanique and a Master 2 in Electrical Engineering from Université de Lorraine.
