Robert Anderson

Robert Anderson is an experienced executive in human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Keolis North America since June 2016. Previously, Robert held various leadership roles at Yarra Trams from November 2009 to June 2016, where responsibilities included strategic HR advisory, talent acquisition, and the implementation of the Yarra Trams Leadership Framework. Prior to that, Robert played a key role during the transition of the Melbourne Metropolitan Tram network while at Keolis, overseeing the integration of over 2000 employees and managing HR strategies. Earlier experiences also include HR leadership positions at Govia and Southern Railway Limited. Robert holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Kingston University and a BSc (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Surrey.
